What We're Looking For:
- At Least 1 Year of Phone Experience: As an apnTech Front Sales Agent, we encourage all our agents to learn and grow with us whether they have 1year experience or 5+. Some of the main responsibilities of a Front Sales Agent is to be fun, engaging, competitive, and thrive in a fun, loud, and fast-paced environment.
- Positive, Efficient, Collaborative, and Teachable: Must be open to positive feedback and critiques. The only way to learn and grow is to listen to advice and observations made by your manager, team, and leadership and vice versa.
- Punctuality and Dedication: Be punctual and present every day and comfortable with working in the office every day. A candidate must also embody our dedication to professionalism and reliability as well as being a positive and extroverted member of your team
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills:
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the functionality of the CRM and Chase Dialer
- High Volume Customer Calls (100 dials per day)
- Present, promote, and sell the product services.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Identify prospective customers and ensure metric conversion.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Provide top-tier customer service.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Reach out to potential clients who have inquired about our services.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficient English Language Skills (Read, Write, Speak)
- 1 Year of phone experience
- Computer literacy (e.g. email, CRM)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or High volume Customer Service
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver verbal presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly
Salary: $640-3,000 per week
Expected hours: 40 per week, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
