It's lake season and we are looking for an Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Bruno's Clubhouse Bistro in Mariner's Landing at Smith Mountain Lake. We are looking for a self-starter who is detail oriented and is looking for a home to grow and expand their skills.
Our Sous Chef will serve as a shift lead and utility player and will help maintain order during high-volume services.
