We are looking for a motivated, hardworking and reliable Administrative Assistant to support the Audit, Compliance & Education Department (ACE).
The Administrative Assistant will complete routine and advanced clerical tasks for ACE leadership. The individual in this role will work in support of management and other employees to organize files, create correspondence, and prepare reports or documents. The goal of this job is to successfully manage and maintain a range of administrative activities including managing calendars, directing mail, and processing invoices.
The Administrative Assistant will:
- Provide administrative support as needed by department leadership to include calendar management and scheduling for ACE staff.
- Process department accounts payables.
- Prepare documents for meetings.
- Assist with overflow work including license renewals, application processing, and other projects for credentialing.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms to include letters for external payer audits.
- Create both regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Scan documents for storage utilizing the department’s scanning solution software.
- Participate in special projects and take on additional duties as needed.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience. The ability to gather information and understand context from several sources; and analyze information to draw conclusions and make recommendations is beneficial. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with proven success in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively. Intermediate level proficiency in application development using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (with competency in the development of spreadsheets, graphs, and flow-charts) is required. Must possess the ability to work cohesively in a team environment in an effort to achieve goals and complete initiatives.
