At CM Process Solutions we are looking to attract a forward-thinking professional to assist in growing and supporting our ever-expanding after-sales team.
Our new sales team member should be an enthusiastic, self-motivated person who enjoys a team environment. The position will be located at our Winchester KY location.

Job Duties:
· Assist customers with technical questions and parts identification and ensure they are ordering the correct parts.
· Receive and enter spare parts orders and quotes into the company's system.
· Solve spare parts, or other customer issues.
· Follow up on orders to make sure they are shipped.
· Issue authorization to return parts for credit.
· Conduct various administrative tasks associated with keeping records, shipping products, and entering inventory data.
· All other duties as may be assigned.
Minium education:
High school diploma
Experience:
Minium of one to two years’ experience in a customer service environment.
Minium skills required Language, math, reasoning:
· Ability to read and understand parts list, drawings, billings, and technical manuals.
· Ability to discuss issues with customers and coworkers and resolve diplomatically.
· Ability to complete informational reports from written and verbal instruction.
· Ability to make good decisions in pressure situations.
· Ability to use general office equipment, computer software, printers and telephone.
· Bilingual is a bonus.
Performance expectation:
· Accurate parts information to customer.
· Pleasant communication and correct answers to customers.
· Accurate and timely administrative functions.
· Effectively demonstrates problem solving skills.
Location:
Office location at Winchester KY.
8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday.
8.30 am to 4.00 pm Friday.
Compensation:
$ 20.00 to $ 23.00 per hour dependent on experience.
