Mindful Changes Counseling realizes that our practice's strength is our exceptional staff. We seek a Licensed Clinical Therapist with Child/Adolescent Experience (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a part-time position at our Lancaster, PA, location.
The ideal clinician will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with other clinicians and embrace innovative therapies appropriate for effective treatment.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this part-time position is $34,700 to $42,400 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience with children & adolescents
- Independent Mental Health License in Pennsylvania
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
Beneficial Skills and Experience:
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with health psychology
