Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Provide excellent customer service and assist callers with inquiries, appointments, and general information
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist bilingual callers
- Analyze caller needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions
- Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure professional and courteous communication
Skills:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience in a medical office or call center environment is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and provide assistance
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating software applications
