The Anderson Centers is an expansion of Anderson Behavior Group, a BCBA/Psychologist owned, boutique child/adolescent behavioral health practice that prioritizes mental health and well-being. The Anderson Centers provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based treatment. We will be adding in-clinic treatment to our services. Our Alpharetta, Georgia clinic opens January 2024.

Job Summary: The primary role of the BCBA Case Supervisor is the development, maintenance, and supervision of ABA treatment. In addition, the BCBA Supervisor manages clinicians and maintains therapeutic relationships with families assigned to their caseload.
Responsibilities:
· Manage assessment, and treatment plans for assigned patients;
· Develop, analyze, implement, and modify programming specific to patients needs determined by assessment and patient/family concerns;
· Develop, analyze, implement, and modify Behavior Intervention Plans, as needed;
· Develop programming for maintenance and generalization of skills;
· Develop discharge plans for patients ready to be discharged;
· Monitor data and progress of patients and provide support to clinicians, as needed;
· Evaluate the schedules of assigned patients to ensure consistency in therapy;
· Document and provide required supervision hours of clinicians;
· Ability to de-escalate patients and confidently direct clinicians in crisis situations to ensure clinician and patient safety;
· Provide corrective feedback to clinicians both verbally and written;
· Ensure all clinicians use the data tracking software correctly;
· Ensure that clinician session notes are recorded correctly;
· Conduct clinician performance reviews;
· Provide support and information to families throughout the insurance authorization process;
· Communicate patient progress with caregivers;
· Attend and facilitate caregiver support sessions;
· Maintain audit-ready patient records and documentation of clinician interactions;
· Work alongside our insurance biller and provide any needed information in a timely manner;
· Collaborate with other doctors/therapists/specialists for patients by attending necessary appointments and meetings;
· Attend team and school meetings, when necessary;
· Attend and facilitate team meetings, and monthly clinician training sessions;
· Participate in company educational and continuing education opportunities;
· Operate personal vehicle when necessary to conduct company business;
· Maintain all required certifications and licenses; and
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Demonstrate ability to communicate patient progress with caregivers.
Required Education and Experience:
· Master’s degree in psychology, education, or ABA;
· Valid BCBA certificate in good standing;
· Experience assisting in the development of comprehensive ABA treatment plans and program monitoring for children diagnosed with ASD; and
· 8-hour ABA supervisor training certificate.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
· Experience working with school-aged children with disabilities;
· Experience independently developing and overseeing comprehensive ABA treatment for children with autism;
· Experience conducting a variety of ABA modalities such as caregiver support sessions, group ABA treatment, and specialized treatments;
· Minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct ABA therapy to children diagnosed with ASD; and/or
· Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA providing treatment to children diagnosed with ASD and supervising clinicians.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed;
· Ability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time;
· Ability to utilize quick body movements in the course of working with children with challenging behavior;
· Ability to operate computer and other office equipment;
· Ability to be mobile as related to business needs;
· Must have the ability to be physically present at the assigned job location, as needed;
· Registered vehicle and valid driver’s license or a reliable, alternative method of transportation; and
· Ability to complete all job responsibilities remotely, as needed.
