Business is booming, and we need individuals with superior communication, problem-solving, and people skills to be a part of our entry-level Customer Support Representative team. Our entry-level Customer Support Representatives are at the forefront of our consumer communications and play an integral role in our overall success.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative:
- Process customer orders and ensure all confidential information ( address, name, billing) is accurate and up to date
- Assist consumers with any questions or concerns they have regarding services and find the best solution that exceeds their needs
- Master, all client product knowledge, to be able to educate consumers and suggest products and/or services that meet their needs and wants
- Attend and participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas towards bettering customer service efforts
- Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions
- Responsible to meet or exceed sales and service goals established by leadership
Requirements of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative:
- High school diploma or GED is a MUST
- Experience working in customer service, retail, sales, or client relations
- Ability to take direction and to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
- Proficient communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers as well as internally with the team
- Self-starter who can work independently initiating projects and ideas
- Ability to use sound business judgment to resolve issues with internal and external customers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
