Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing and Content Creator to manage and enhance our online presence across various platforms. This role is one of the most pivotal across our companies, driving the strategy that raises awareness and, most importantly, creates the leads and workflows that feed our various sales engines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Facebook and Instagram accounts, creating and posting engaging content, building and running ads, managing community interactions, and running our HubSpot marketing automation. Additionally, this person will collaborate with our agency to manage our website and blog.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our Facebook and Instagram accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content that aligns with our brand.
- Build and run effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Create, manage, and optimize workflow automation, email campaigns, and list curation using HubSpot.
- Take and edit high-quality photos and videos to be used across various marketing channels.
- Shoot and edit video content for social media, website, and other marketing materials.
- Analyze and report on social media and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with our agency to manage and update our website and blog.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Proficient in managing Facebook and Instagram accounts, including ad creation and management.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong photography and videography skills, including editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with other social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
