KEY SKILL SETS / EXPERIENCE
Advanced knowledge and experience in Computer Science or Information Technology field
Experience with Cloudera CDH products/platforms/solutions like HIVE, HDFS, Spark, Impala, Sentry
Expertise in ETL tools like TalenD and Hands on exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Cognos, SAS)
integration with Cloudera CDH
Experience with Customer Support including customer facing role
Experience with MOP Development and testing of MOPs
Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues/problems on large complex deployments
Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into solution designs
Knowledge in software programming (basic level), System testing and debugging
Excellent written and verbal English communications skills, with experience reporting project status to an
internal and customer audience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Insights provides a centralized control of rich, near real time data produced by multiple data sources like
the Nokia CA4MN, Traffica, third party probes, billing systems, and care. The data collected from those multiple
data sources is stored for long term, correlated and translated into actionable insights.
CI offers numerous off-the-shelf content apps like CEI, CQI, OTT, Fixed and CCI for different users in the operator
organization. Along with this new use cases can be created using the Content Creation Toolkit (CCT) or Flexible
Reporting feature. Reports can be scheduled at periodic intervals and can be visualized via web access or
distributed by email in various formats like HTML, PDF, Word and so on.
CI uses Hadoop Big Data HDFS based database and it is tuned to meet the performance, capacity and scalability
needs and at the same time offers customized services for further database fine tuning. The system can scale
vertically and horizontally based on capacity needs in runtime
Manage the Customer Insights supported features as listed below
Application Microservices vis ETL, Web Service, Portal Service, ICE
Content Applications viz. CQI Mobile, CEI-Mobile
Tool Kits viz. SDK, CCT, API Gateway
Platforms viz. Deployment on Bare Metal and CBIS 19, CEM Migrations,

Pay: $43.67 - $52.59 per hour
