The Award-Winning Holiday Inn Express & Suites in New Martinsville is looking for a service-driven leader for the Front Office Manager position. We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing individual with a passion for the hospitality industry to join us in our pursuit to deliver an exceptional hotel experience while upholding the company’s core principles and culture.
As the Front Office Manager, you play an essential role in taking care of our #1 asset: our people. You will be assisting the General Manager in training and managing the front desk, housekeeping departments, and playing an instrumental role in the Sales department. The perfect candidate would have a sales-driven focus. We encourage any new coaching and development opportunities you may bring that will deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mature, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Self-Starter
- Experience with OPERA or similar operating systems
- Prefer 3 years’ hotel experience in front and back office, including management experience.
- Flexibility with hours
- Leadership strengths with the ability to make common sense decisions.
