And now we’re building on our success in Lewisburg with a 28,000 sq ft new location in Williamsport opening this summer. Our brewery is a haven for both beer enthusiasts and casual drinkers alike. With a vibrant atmosphere, an enticing and savory mix of American Fusion and non-traditional pub food, and an array of our own unique brews, we've created a place that's more than just a restaurant – it's a destination.
Who You Are: You are a dynamic, seasoned leader with at least three years of experience as a head or executive chef. You will have the unique opportunity to be involved in creating a brand-new culinary experience; helping design the menu, hiring YOUR team, and crafting standards and norms for excellence from the beginning.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create innovative menus that are both appetizing and visually appealing
- Maximize cross-utilization of ingredients to ensure profitability
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage and assist kitchen staff; delegating tasks appropriately
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Help maintain kitchen equipment in good working condition
- Contribute to the training and development of kitchen staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a culinary or dietary department
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food production and inventory control
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with kitchen management software is required
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- 3 years previous experience in restaurant management
- Culinary degree is strongly preferred

- Pay Rate: $55,000 - $65,000 plus performance benefits
