Responsibilities
Network troubleshooting.
Configuration and remote maintenance of multiple types of security systems (ie: Surveillance, Alarm and Access Control)
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Documentation of customer systems and networks.
Customer training.
Trouble ticket creation and updating.
Coordinate support efforts with team members and other departments.
Ability to continuously improve through feedback.
Ag background preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
