The Sales Operation Manager will support the sales team in hitting or exceeding sales goals while maintaining up-to-date and accurate sales data in the CRM.

Location: This position can be 100% remote or hybrid near one of our locations (Buffalo, NY; Durham, NC; Lancaster, CA; or Pittsburgh, PA)
Job Responsibilities:

Work with the sales leaders to provide insights for planning, execution, and evaluation of the sales activities

Accurately maintain sales-related data in CRM and other sales tools which contribute to sales operational intelligence

Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure the sales strategy is in line with business objectives and customer needs
-
Provide feedback and support execution of sales processes, quoting, incentive compensation plans, policies, and system operations
-
Manage the sales pipeline for accuracy in forecasting and pipeline reporting
-
Analyze sales performance, trends, and metrics through report generation
-
Assist sales and marketing organization in the identification of new sales opportunities and markets
-
Proactively manage customer CDA, MSA, and license agreements by aligning with legal and sales teams to ensure they do not lapse

Ensure that data and operational records such as quotes, orders, and opportunities are entered in the CRM accurately

Ensure all sales related documentation is prepared in accordance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
-
5+ years of sales operations experience

Very strong experience using and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM
-
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Experience building sales analysis information

Comfortable working with remote sales teams

Great organization and prioritization skills

Excellent customer service and strong sense of accountability

Working knowledge of sales reports and records, specifically PowerBI
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to learn an expansive variety of products
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or related field preferred
