We are currently looking for both full-time and part-time Registered Nurses for our surgical center in Lansing, MI.
Some of your responsibilities in this role will be:
- To assess patient health problems and needs
- To develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain electronic medical records
- To use strong patient assessment skills with experience in recovery of post anesthesia patients.
- To identify pertinent patient history during admission process
- Serves as a patient/family advocate
What are we looking for in a candidate?
- Current license to practice nursing (RN) in the State of Michigan
- Previous clinical or hospital nursing experience
- Previous clinical experience in a surgical environment preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Current ACLS Provider certification (or must obtain within 6 months from date of hire) required
