Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee our new, upcoming MENTAL HEALTH PHP/IOP outpatient facility's clinical operations. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in accordance with Connecticut regulations
- Manage and supervise all therapists.
- Oversee clinical and program processes to optimize patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care
- Monitor and evaluate clinical programs to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff for professional development
- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for clinical services
**Requirements:**
- Masters Degree
- Independently Licensed Therapist - LCSW or equivalent
- Proven experience in clinical management at a SUD outpatient
- Strong knowledge of SUD outpatient clinical management practices and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Leadership qualities with a focus on team building and staff development
