Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the department and ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Communication: Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
Office Management: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Ensure office equipment is properly maintained.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and company events.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain data in databases and systems. Keep records updated and organized.
Expense Reporting: Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursements.
Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team and enhance office efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
