260 Sample Sale is a family owned & operated business headquartered in NYC. We have 5 brick & mortar retail locations in NYC, & as of Sept 2017, we’ve expanded to Beverly Hills, CA. 260 hosts week-long private & public sample sales for top brands such as; Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta, SoulCycle, Reformation, J Crew, NEST Fragrances, & more! We are seeking a full-time Greeter (Customer Experience Specialist) with a contagious personality who is obsessed with providing the best customer service experience in our NYC locations!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage every customer as they enter the store
- Act as the face of 260 on the front lines with customers
- Receive customer information to build a database and track advertising.
- Log and photograph customer experiences to identify successes, opportunities, and obstacles accurately and timely.
- Anticipate customer needs and develops progressive solutions and ensure that expectations are being met up to the 260 standards!
- Support security to ensure a positive customer experience
- Capture company insights across all departments to improve the customer experience.
