JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Operations Analyst at Renovation Systems will be responsible for providing comprehensive business analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and business planning. This role involves analyzing both non-financial and financial data, developing models, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with various departments to understand key data and drive financial performance and business growth. A key responsibility will be to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire enterprise to ensure alignment with strategic goals and to provide actionable insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Work closely with the executive team to support analytical projects
- Establish recurring KPI reporting both at an Enterprise and market level across multiple business segments
- Create actionable insights that optimize business processes and/or elevate financial performance
- Present information in executive dashboard formats that enable business leaders to take action
- Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and business planning for operations, sales, and marketing
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial and operational reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights to senior management, corporately and at each location
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire enterprise and provide regular updates and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing financial reports and reconciliations
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals
- Evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives, projects, and investments, providing recommendations to optimize returns
- Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards
- Stay current with industry trends, economic conditions, and best practices in financial analysis and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is preferred
- At least 8 years of experience in financial and/or operational analysis, financial planning, or a related field, with a strong background in financial modeling and reporting
- Proficiency in financial analysis software, business intelligence tools and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and ethical standards in financial management and reporting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
