As a Senior IT Asset Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT asset portfolio, including software and licenses. You will work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that our IT assets are optimized and in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Here are some of the key responsibilities you can expect in this role:

Develop and implement IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including software, and licenses.

Analyze asset usage and performance data to identify opportunities for cost savings, improved efficiency, and process improvement.

Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors to ensure the best value for our IT assets.

Work closely with our IT teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of IT asset management efforts.

Provide guidance and support to junior IT staff on IT asset management matters.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT asset management and make recommendations for improvement.

Manage and maintain IT asset management tools and systems.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in IT asset management, including 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Strong knowledge of IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with IT asset management tools and systems.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $127900 - $217400
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
