Job Summary: The Social Media Campaign Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to enhance the company's social media presence. This role involves creating engaging content, analyzing data, and managing online communities to build brand awareness and foster customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a creative approach, and a keen understanding of social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage content across all social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
- Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and optimize strategies.
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Develop innovative concepts to promote the brand, services, and products.
- Collaborate with marketing operations coordinators to ensure proper briefing and project activation of each campaign and campaign asset.
- Work with the creative manager to establish the creative vision for every campaign.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns align with company branding.
- Research marketing trends for optimal strategies and approaches.
- Research and analyze customer responses and engagement with marketing campaigns to understand client behavior and utilize data to optimize strategies.
- Track and measure marketing outcomes, including tactics, new leads, sales activities, and ROI.
- Lead and participate in strategy sessions to identify customer and prospect marketing opportunities.
- Develop innovative social media strategies such as influencer media or live selling events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing Social Media presence with a business-to-business demographic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive strategy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the dietary supplement, food and beverage, animal nutrition, or personal care industries.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
