Position Overview:
In the heart of our mission to make essential connections affordable to everyone, we seek a seasoned Brand Manager to join our Marketing team and bring strategic vision and creative input to our brand. This role is crucial and an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and impact by developing and executing innovative brand strategies, marketing communications, and campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Brand Strategy: Craft and execute comprehensive brand strategies that not only strengthen but also differentiate the Hello Mobile brand in the evolving telecommunications landscape.
· Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that speak to the core of our mission, driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
· Brand Positioning: Ensure a seamless and compelling brand presence across all channels, from digital and social media to traditional advertising and public relations.
· Market Research: Dive deep into market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends to inform and refine brand strategy and positioning.
· Evaluate Opportunities: Prioritize performance, user experience, and revenue.
· Product Life Cycle: Planning, management, design, development, testing, and launch.
· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, copy, development, and customer support, to align brand initiatives with overarching business objectives.
· Budget Management: Skillfully manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact and ROI.
· Performance Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyze key performance indicators, adapting strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the telecommunications or related industry.
· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
· Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
· Experience in managing budgets and collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
· Creating marketing plans and collaborate with the CMO on projects as needed.
· Manage and create reports, analysis, to optimize conversion funnels.
· Writing targeted and compelling ad copy that drives high CTR and online and offline conversions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
