Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Chef to oversee the property's day-to-day culinary operations and ensure that the culinary team produces the highest quality of food for guests and events according to the Hilton Brand standards. The ideal leader must be creative, motivated, and a passionate hands-on leader in the kitchen and create the home away from home cuisine for our guests.
Essential Functions:

Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the hotel’s food production.

Provide training for all staff, meet corporate quality standards, establish, and enforce food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation.

Control food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.

Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance.

Oversee Embassy Suites complimentary breakfast and assist culinary team when necessary.

Requirements:
Required Education and Experience
- College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred.
- Culinary Management Experience (2+ year required)
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Detailed oriented
