Join our team as a 3rd Shift Manager of our bustling Rhino Market & Deli! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality management and restaurant operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability
- Train and mentor staff members to provide excellent service and uphold company standards
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions to build a strong team
- Create employee schedules and manage shift assignments
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing, payments, and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences
- Proficient in shift management, including scheduling, staffing, and labor cost control
- Ability to conduct interviews, hire qualified candidates, and provide training as needed
- Familiarity with kitchen management procedures and equipment
- Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
