POSITION SUMMARY
Rosner Financial Group is seeking a highly organized and driven individual to fill the Administrative Support Specialist position. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the advisors and their clients. The individual must be committed to gaining a broad knowledge base across all functions of financial services including: administration, compliance, investments, and financial tracking. Given the nature of the work upon which the advisors and their clients depend, organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. The work environment is one of a fast-paced, team atmosphere focused on delivering the highest quality of service.
LOCATION
On site in the Watertown office with hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree, Associate’s degree, or experience in a related financial industry
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- High follow through with projects and tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work independently to research and provide solutions for clients
- Organizational and tracking of financial data for both clients and the business
- Support advisors in preparation of client meetings
- Manage and schedule advisor’s calendar
- Direct account support for group qualified plans
- Support ongoing account servicing
- Administrative support including preparation for meetings, email and phone communication, office inventory, and tracking office expenses
