```Duties```
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including scrapers, excavators, loaders, dozers, as well as OTR trucks with lowboy, belly and side dump trailers.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols while operating equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Use hand tools and power tools to fabricate and repair equipment as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Dig trenches, level surfaces, and perform other tasks as required for construction or excavation projects.
- Provide tire service, including changing tires and performing tire repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong communication skills to effectively transmit information to team members.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and perform manual labor tasks.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow them at all times.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
- Class A CDL Required with Hazmat endorsements preferred.

Pay: $24.95 - $42.00 per hour
