Job Title: Clerical Administrative Assistant
Job Description: We are seeking a Clerical Administrative Assistant to join our team in Converse Tx. This position will be responsible for supporting various administrative and office functions in our transportation company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records using Excel and QuickBooks.
- Assist in preparing financial and administrative reports.
- Coordinate internal and external communications via email and phone calls.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist in preparing documents and presentations.
- Perform filing and document organization tasks, both physical and electronic.
- Support in coordinating internal events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience with Excel and QuickBooks.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Preferably, previous experience in the transportation or logistics sector (not mandatory but valued).
