This is a sales focused position, covering the whole state of Oklahoma. The role is responsible for understanding the technical impact we can have on business processes. You will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with organizations as they transition through business and digital transformation. Understanding business environments and use cases for software applications is imperative.
Essential Functions/Job Duties:

Educating internal general sales teams on ECS offerings to drive them to generate opportunities for you

Supporting those sales teams by leading the sales cycle for the ECS Division

Prospecting and generating your own opportunities and clientele in person and through various forms of electronic communication

Maintaining and reporting sales funnel activities

Working with local management team in your respective market

Assessing prospects processes and needs to identify use-cases

Demonstrating our software for various fits within an organization

Engaging pre-sales support for technical requirements gathering as needed

Developing Return on Investment analysis

Creating the proposal and presenting it to the prospective client

Responding to Request for Information or Request for Proposal

Driving opportunities to close

Maintaining an on-going relationship development with the client

System expansion into other departmental use-cases

Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years prior business to business experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Basic Windows knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency with CRM a plus.

ECM/Workflow/IDP experience highly preferred.
- Laserfiche/Hyland Onbase/FileNet/OpenText experience highly preferred.
