The Director of Growth at Cyngular Security will drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role involves leveraging existing connections, developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships. The Director will bring their existing connections to a high-performing sales team and work closely with all departments to deliver sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with existing contacts in FinTech and related industries.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify, and hunt for new business opportunities and markets.
- Use existing strong relationships and personal networks with key prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.
- Analyze growth data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present growth reports and forecasts to the executive team.
- Maintain current status of activity in company CRM.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with existing contacts, clients, and partners.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Hold discovery meetings to qualify existing contacts and prospects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong network within the FinTech, banking, and financial services sector.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) growth.
- Experience in and deep knowledge of the cybersecurity space.
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and driving business expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze cybersecurity market trends and data.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-spoken and proven presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Provide references within the FinTech, banking, and financial services sector.
