We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hotel departments, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue.
Your day-to-day operation include but not limited:

Establish performance and development goals for team members and provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to enhance performance.

Demonstrate brand citizenship by maintaining compliance with all required brand and service standards, and license agreements mandates.

Drive improvement in guest satisfaction goals. Collaborate with colleagues and hotel team members to establish and implement services and programs that meet or exceed guest expectations.

Speak to guest - ask their feedback.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.

IHG experience preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in rooms, food and beverage in hotel department.

Strong communication skills.

Must be an extreme hands-on leader to promote a positive guest experience.

Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.

Be fully hands on in operations.
