```Duties```
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide basic nursing care, such as wound care and medication administration under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records systems such as eClinicalWorks and Epic
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) in the state of employment
- Experience in acute care or home care settings preferred
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques for equipment and supplies
- Familiarity with catheter care and suture removal procedures
- Ability to lift and move patients safely using proper body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
