Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including stock replenishment and merchandising
- Conduct sales transactions and handle cash register operations
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in administrative duties, including record keeping and data entry
- Knowledge of stock management principles and inventory control
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers or business partners
- Familiarity with local market trends and competition
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations
