425 Dental is searching for a Receptionist to join our dental family. The ideal candidate will be willing to work together closely in order to provide our community with the highest quality dental care possible in a safe, friendly environment.
At 425 Dental, we believe that culture is one of the most valuable assets for a dental practice to foster. We have always strived to act as good caretakers of our company culture since day one, as it is not something that can be replicated. Building an ideal culture for our team and our community is paramount, and as a leader in providing comprehensive dental care, 425 Dental is in the unique position to continue doing so. Hard work, dedication, and respect are all elements that we hold in high regard.
By laying out our culture for all to see, we hope to attract those who are inspired by it. With a community of like-minded individuals, we can continually achieve greater heights day after day - while deterring those who may not be willing to commit to the level of dedication that we all hold ourselves to. We hold our standards in high regard and refuse to cut corners, as we truly operate with a sense of dedication to our community.

About Us: 425 Dental delivers a comprehensive dental care philosophy that covers every aspect of dentistry and integrates it all with specialty dental care. We have assembled a team of skilled dental care providers in order to provide all the services that our community needs in a single, convenient location.
425 Dental was founded by Dr. Oleg Shvartsur, a graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry. Dr. Oleg leads by example and sets the standard for 425 Dental’s commitment to the community via his dedication to continuing education, his role as faculty at UW Dental School, as well as various charitable efforts to support those in need throughout King County.
425 Dental employs over 40 full-time employees in-office, 3 full-time doctors, and 5 in-house specialists who work in our Specialty Care Clinic across the hallway. We are currently open Mondays - Thursdays, with no weekend days. We are open no later than 5 pm Monday through Wednesday, and end the day early on Thursdays at 2 pm.
We are dedicated to the growth of our employees, which is one of our foundational principles. We take pride in developing our team members' skills and careers, whether they are in clinical or clerical roles. Many of our team members have grown within the organization to become hygienists or doctors, and we are committed to supporting such growth continuously.
We are also proud of our community engagement through initiatives like our community free dental care day, 425 Smiles, in partnership with UW Dental School and PMI, and our upcoming partnership with Shoreline Hygiene School in 2025. https://425dental.com/event-gallery/
