UZURV is a 110+ person, growing technology company based in Richmond, VA. The company operates in 18 states and is now expanding nationally. As an Adaptive Transportation Network Company, the UZURV mobility platform serves individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and others who need assistance with independent transportation.
UZURV's platform combines rideshare with specialty credentialed, drug and alcohol tested drivers to provide safe, reliable mobility and a higher level of care for the transportation disadvantaged. It's a technology platform and service that helps people who need assistance get where they need to go.
A little bit about the role…

We are a high growth technology company providing life-changing transportation experience for riders in partnership with healthcare organizations, municipalities and more.
The Provider Network Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our network partners. Working cross-functionally with other internal teams, this role will be responsible for the following:
- Building the UZURV provider network

Partnering with the Business Development and Operations teams to identify needs

Recruiting external mobility companies

Negotiating and executing contracts

Overseeing onboarding of new Providers, ensuring compliance standards and competency in the UZURV Mobility Platform and Driver App

Ongoing review and oversight of Mobility Network Providers

Establishing standardized provider requirements

Managing the audit system to ensure compliance

Supporting client/FTA provider audits and inspections

Providing quarterly business reviews to the UZURV leadership team

Overseeing network performance

Analyzing marketing for performance trends and identifying any issues

Developing and managing Corrective Action Plans (CAP)

Collaborating on provider network best practices for current SOPs
We are excited about you because…
- You have 5+ years' experience in Non Emergency Medical Transportation or similar field.

You are knowledgeable in FTA/DOT regulations, as well as the American Disabilities Act.

You have experience in contract management with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You are analytical and leverage research and resources to solve problems.

You are process minded, outcomes focused and consistently create, update, and improve standard operating procedures.

You are proficient in business tools of 2024 (Slack, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, etc).

You are self-motivated, work well independently, and can handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines.

You have the ability to communicate with a variety of constituent groups, including senior management, peers, and outside contractors.
To be successful at UZURV, you must be:
- Technology-oriented - You must be well versed in G Suite applications and adept with the installation and utilization of smartphone apps (and helping others use them).

Agile - Multitasking is necessary in a growing, fast paced company, as is the ability to plan and organize your workload. You must be flexible and nimble to adapt to shifting priorities.
