As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role will develop, drive, and execute Talent Acquisition strategies that support a growing business unit. This role will manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters through the entire Talent Acquisition life cycle while also working closely with business and HR leadership to drive world class Talent Acquisition practices and strategy. It will help elevate the employment brand to a highly competitive level and effectively manage internal and external recruiting capacity, streamline processes to help team members work more effectively, and drive results and accountability through metrics and data. Manage a team of Talent Acquisition partners and operational support providing mentorship, guidance, and leadership to the Talent Acquisition team.

Build a world-class Talent Acquisition team by attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent. Ensures alignment of Talent Acquisition capabilities and skills to the overall business strategy.

Drive process improvement initiatives. Review all practices and procedures to optimize and ensure scalability. Help the team overcome organizational, process, and/or people-based obstacles.

Leverage strategic workforce planning (SWP) to identify and quantify the hiring needs for the organization. Align Talent Acquisition capabilities and processes to support high volume, 24x5/24x7 production environment (i.e. operations, warehouse, quality, and sanitation).

Develop Talent Acquisition strategy to build technical expertise manufacturing environment. Ensure development of technical (i.e. maintenance, engineering, and supply excellence) candidate pools in local geographies.

Support university relations initiatives identifying target schools, building long-term relationships, developing the program and timelines, and managing campus recruiting

Support talent management initiatives building a deeper understanding of succession planning and overall organizational capability plans.

Focus on results and execution using analytics and reporting. Ensure key metrics are being tracked, analyzed, and reported to enable continuous process improvement and refinement of strategy.
Experience and Skills:

7+ years of recruiting experience preferably in an organization with a manufacturing-based employee population. Experience managing a team is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field required.

Must have previous experience with a major Applicant Tracking System.

Previous experience with Affirmative Action Plan reporting and analysis is preferred.

Experience in organizations that have undergone significant growth and in a highly competitive talent market.

Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis skills and capable of prioritizing and making trade-offs.

Minimal travel as needed to meet the needs of the business.

Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to use vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas.

Excellent multi-tasking, priority setting capabilities.
Compensation is up to $150k base plus a 15% target bonus and excellent benefits.
