Overview:Manages multiple tasks of varied project types, meets tight deadlines, and focuses on high-quality results. Plans, analyzes, designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates technical, sales, and professional development training in support of Harborstone Credit Union’s short- and long-term objectives and goals. This training will be designed for and delivered across varied modalities (e.g., virtual classroom, in-person classroom, microlearning). Coordinates with management, users, and key departments to ensure effective staff training and development.
Upholds legal, regulatory and compliance requirements unique to the role, in addition to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, and Information Security policies and procedures. Completes annually required compliance related courses as established by Harborstone Credit Union policies and/or practices.
Prioritizes continuous learning and development. Completes annually required Product and Process Knowledge competency testing, in addition to job related courses as established by Harborstone Credit Union policies and/or practices.

Applicant with desired mix of knowledge, skills and abilities can anticipate $26.88-$28.67
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated quick, concise and clear communication.
- Possess a technical and analytical aptitude, and a creative acumen.
- Proven ability to develop, analyze and evaluate statistical data.
- Uses a working knowledge of effective training techniques and methodologies and adult learning theory.
- Has deep knowledge of credit union operations and functions including lending and deposit products, services, practices, and procedures.

- Demonstrated facilitation skills across varied platforms (e.g., virtual, in-person).
Qualifications:Education/Experience/Certification:
Five or more years of direct selling in a financial institution or other customer service focused business preferred.
Three years’ experience in training in a financial institution preferred. Experience with current HCU operating and lending systems preferred. A certificate in Instructional Design is preferred.
Two years of college with emphasis in training, human resources or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree in education, training and development, organizational development, human resources, or related field preferred.
