HR COORDINATOR

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and promote the company mission of “Being a Blessing”
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, posting job openings on various platforms, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including contract, performance reviews, and training records.
- Coordinate employee events, including new hire orientation, employee recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the executive team.
- Draft and edit emails, letters, and other HR related documents.
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures related to employee relations, benefits, and workforce management.
- Prepare new-employee files and file documents accordingly.
- Assist with new-hire processing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment or employee experience/engagement.
- SHRM-CP (or comparable) credential preferred.

- Must be technology savvy
- Ability to problem solve and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and follow-up with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
