We are seeking a Project Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will assist in the install, design, and development of BMS and EPMS on mission critical data center projects nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- This is an on-site position.
- Manage the install of complex controls electrical components and systems on large scale data center projects nationwide.
- Effectively and efficiently manage man-power in order to optimize project performance.
- Effectively communicate and document project tasks, schedules, and budgets with stakeholders and program managers.
- Maintain and accommodate customer relationships and support for optimum customer satisfaction.
- Work independently throughout the country from start to finish and relocate upon assignment of new projects.
- Assess and modify existing power management and building automation systems within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Facilitate troubleshooting and commissioning upon completion of installation.
- Track project timelines to complete tasks on schedule and overcome obstacles with the highest regard to quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Willing to travel and remain on-site for the project duration.
- Five to ten years of electrical leadership experience on large new construction projects.
- Previous electrical experience with a focus in building automation and power management systems.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in fast paced environments and effectively communicate.
- Ability to overcome obstacles and maintain budget and scope.
- Familiarity with managing resources and maintaining a high level of production.
- Mechanical and electrical systems familiarity.
- Knowledge of relay design standards and electrical diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze multiple drawings to find building automation schematics and schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $49.00 per hour
