AVID ABA services was established in 2016 following the expansion of AVID Day Program and AVID Respite Services as a response to the need to support our families within our direct community.
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our program in San Marcos, CA. We offer center-based and home based sessions for our families.

The role of a Clinical Supervisor includes:
- Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
- Supervise direct care staff (i.e. behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clients
- Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software (SKILLS)
- Participating in organizational improvements using OBM

What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Proven experience developing and implementing client programs (preferably in the ABA industry)
- Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree with Licensed BCBA Professional in the state of California
- Demonstrated ability to support individuals with behavioral challenges
- Competency in writing supports plans and effective verbal communication skills
- Compassion and drive to support those within the community we live in
- Capacity to train and mentor others
- Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
- Flexibility in scheduling and availability for onsite support
- Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
