```Duties:```
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development of individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with special needs
Note: This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
