Expense control, operations, and sales management exp required.
This is also a Selling Managers role with an abbreviated sales expectation and commissions.
Superior Staffing LLC is a Nashville based "Skilled Trades" staffing company whose two owners have over 28 years’ experience in the industry. We staff both locally and nationally, so the canvass for growth is not capped. This is a debt free company where your productivity is rewarded. In this role, you will manage office and sales staff while planning, selling and working with your own personal clients. Selling invloves close sales and win new business w/o the confines of a limited territory. We staff nationally, in Hawaii and PR with the ability to staff in Canada. You will work with employees, Project Manager, Supervisors, Sub-contractors, and General Contractors.
You will use your ability to manage the sales processes and support your Area Managers. Managing, selling, recruiting and staffing is ongoing in the mix of duties. As the business increases you will reap more commissions and rewards.
WHAT ARE MOST OF YOUR DUTIES?
- Productivity Meeting
- Staff Management
- Weekly one on one
- Selling recruiting and staffing.
- HR Functions.
- AR
- Budgeting as needed
- Do weekly ride alongs with Area Sales Managers.
- You will close sales by building relationships in person at the office and on the jobsites as well as on the phone and through e-mails.
- You'll earn referral business by networking with existing and soon-to-be clients.
- Providing jobs for our employees, which are skilled craftsmen representing various trades.
- Collaborate Daily.
- You will be a trusted internal partner.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Positive Self-Starter. You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to teach and train the selling team to Prospect remotely and face-to-face. cold call, and to build relationships and pull a sale through. You will need to manage your time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task. In addition, you can present your ideas in a clear, professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone.
- Strategic Closer. You can establish a network & you have experience in meeting a quota. You have an impressive sales management track record.
- Proven Winner. Has an ambitious spirit and thrives under pressure, motivating you to not only hit sales quotas but exceed them.
- Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
A college degree is great but not required. More importantly, is to possess the skills to do the job and to have a very strong work ethic and desire to be the best and grow your position.
