Job Summary:

Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette including answering the phone within 3 rings, answering with a smile in one's voice, using the callers' name, transferring calls to appropriate person/department, requesting permission before placing the caller on hold, taking and relaying messages, and allowing the caller to end the call.

Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
Reports/Recordkeeping

Perform all end of day Functions. Reconciliation of daily activity for all revenue generating outlets, Rooms, F&B departments and other. This includes balancing and recording of all hotel revenues.

Process end of day adjustments and charges.

Review and reconcile all settlements, cash, credit cards, room charges.

Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and roll the date.
