Looking for a highly motivated Sales Assistant to make outbound calls, emails, reach out to customers, and help obtain sales. Job position is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. In office work everything done through the internet. Employee needs to be outgoing, friendly, organized, and hardworking.
Tasks would include:
- Helping Customers
- Cold Calling
- Assistant to Sales Manager
- Processing orders / Assisting with paperwork
- Calling to new potential customers
- Scheduling calls & appointments
- Processing payments
- Sending out informational flyers
- Answering Emails
- Assisting in Daily tasks
Important to be able to multitask and manage multiple things at once. Open minded and looking to grow within the company.
Need to know:
- How to navigate through a computer
- Use Microsoft word, excel, power point, and Canva
- Speak Spanish and English
