Sr. Preconstruction Manager Opportunity w. a local & reputable Commercial GC!
Our client, a highly successful local General Contractor in Charlotte, NC is looking to add a Senior Preconstruction Manager to the team. This position will be responsible for leading the Preconstruction team and overseeing the full estimating process from start to finish. This individual will work closely with the Sr. Leadership and Project Management teams to ensure projects are bid & built accurately and on budget. All the needed resources, support, and tools will be provided to successfully lead this department within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Preconstruction team through the full estimating process for new ground-up construction projects (Commercial/Industrial).
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Project Management to ensure accurate project bids and successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
- Handle competitive bids and negotiated proposals for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Lead and develop the estimating team.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of estimating with a GC or Concrete/Civil Subcontractor
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (Preferred).
- Proven experience leading the estimating process from cradle to grave.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
