The job responsibilities include:
-Reception and Phone Handling: Welcoming visitors and managing phone calls, which are typical office tasks.
-Order Data Entry and Filing: Inputting order data and handling administrative tasks like filing.
-Shipping Operations and Sales Support: In addition to the above, there are various other tasks related to shipping and supporting
sales efforts.
-Skill Development Opportunities: Through these responsibilities, you’ll have the chance to develop a wide range of skills and grow
professionally.
Qualifications for Applicants:
-Office Experience: Prior experience in office work is preferred.
-Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service is beneficial.
-Logistics Experience: If you have experience in logistics, that’s a plus.
-Strong Communication and English Skills: Since most of the work is conducted in English, proficiency in both spoken and written
-English is important. Knowledge of Japanese (reading and writing) is also advantageous.
-Team Player with Flexibility and Adaptability: Being a team player, adaptable, and having good problem-solving skills are essential.
-Familiarity with General Office Software: Knowledge of common office software like Microsoft Office is expected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
