Job Description:
As a Part-Time Recruiter who focuses primarily on Sales Professionals and Service Technicians, you will play a vital role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting sales team members. This position requires a strong understanding of automotive sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific sales roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
- Collaborate with managers to evaluate candidate feedback and make informed hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our recruitment database.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, and industry professionals to drive successful placements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter within the automotive sales industry a plus
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
