Our business is to provide customer-facing services across multiple airport stations around the country.
Position Objectives
The Manager, Marketing and Communication, is responsible for articulating and reinforcing our brand values both with our existing team and to help us attract new teammates. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in multimedia content for social media, web, and print, in addition to the ability to develop amazing creative collateral for internal initiatives.
Strategy
- Brand book: define and support a cohesive brand book and communication guidelines
- Marketing calendar: create, prioritize, and manage multi-layered projects
- Technology: partner with the Training Team to leverage multimedia and AI tools for team learning and communication
Communications
- Feedback: creating and distributing internal surveys and analytics
- Recognition: enhance existing online recognition and company swag platforms
- Training: create and update content, presentations, HR materials, etc.
- Events: assisting in the facilitation and promotion of employee events
- Communications: company newsletter and related cross-station updates
- Interviews: visiting sites and gathering success stories
Digital / Multimedia
- Content: creating photo, video, and graphic assets
- Social media: creating regular posts and managing interactions
- Web: maintaining and continually improving the website, with a particular focus on expanding content for employees and candidates
Candidate Qualifications

This is also a role for someone who wants to be hands-on in owning an entire function, from strategy, to creation, through implementation and follow-up.
Requirements
- Proven success in innovative design and content development that aligns with company culture and engagement
- Experience in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and relevant content creation software.
- Success in managing marketing and communications projects
- In person, Monday-Friday, 40 hours / week
