Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years experience
- Prepare for the die set from start to finish - Clean cold chambers, rings, knock out bars.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement die cast designs
- Descale die cast dies - Rebuild spray heads and sprays guns.
- Use hand tools to assemble and fabricate die cast components
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the die cast process
- Ability to work on and replace dies, cores, and cylinders
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of die cast processes and technique - Ability to read a tape measure, calipers, and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
