We are seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Coordinate client appointments and maintain schedules
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about services
- Process client paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth client interactions
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting, preferably in a dental office, medical receptionist role, real estate administrative position, or similar field
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in clerical tasks and front desk operations
- Familiarity with data entry processes
