Temporary Clerk (Aerospace Industry)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Clerk to assist with the digitalization and organization of documentation in our aerospace department. The ideal candidate will efficiently scan, digitize, and categorize paper records, ensuring accurate data entry and systematic file management. Proficiency with document management software and basic computer skills are required. This is a temporary position designed to support our documentation project for at-least three months.
Experience:
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
